I purchased three of these. Remember, these are used surplus. I did not see any rips or tears on any of them. The Army label was faded on a couple of sets. I gave them a 5 star (out of 5) rating. I planned on using them to work out. I think I paid about $5 for each one. No complaints. Many thanks!
