52nd Signal Battalion Unit Crest (We Transmit)

Unit Crests, officially named Distinctive Unit Insignia, are unique to each U.S. Army unit. The insignia design is derived from the authorized coat of arms, worn by all personnel within the organization, excluding certain high-ranking officials. Enlisted personnel wear unit crests on the green service uniform coat, centered on shoulder loops, while officers follow specific placement guidelines on their shoulder loops. Enlisted individuals are not permitted to wear the unit crest on the Class A uniform. Officers wear the unit crest centered on the shoulder loops, equidistant from the inside edge of their grade insignia to the outside edge of the button, with the base of the insignia toward the outside shoulder seam.
