41st Field Artillery Brigade Unit Crest (No Motto)
Distinctive Unit Insignia, officially named Unit Crests, are customized for each U.S. Army unit, originating from the authorized coat of arms. Worn by all personnel assigned to the organization, with the exception of general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman, enlisted individuals place unit crests on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat. Enlisted personnel are not allowed to wear the unit crest on the Class A uniform. Officers center the unit crest on shoulder loops, aligning it with the inside edge of their grade insignia to the outside edge of the button.
