304th Civil Affairs Brigade Unit Crest (Sustain the Peace) 

Distinctive Unit Insignia, commonly known as "Unit Crests," are unique to each U.S. Army unit and derive their design from the unit's authorized coat of arms. Worn by all personnel in the organization, except general officers and specific leaders, the insignia is placed on the green service uniform's shoulder loops for enlisted personnel. Officers center it on their shoulder loops, with enlisted personnel restricted from wearing it on the Class A uniform.
