244th Aviation Regiment Unit Crest (Ready Response)

Unit Crests, also known as Distinctive Unit Insignia, are unique to each U.S. Army unit and originate from the unit's authorized coat of arms. All personnel within the unit wear these insignias, excluding general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman. Enlisted personnel position the unit crests on the green service uniform coat, centered on the shoulder loops. Officers wear the crest centered on the shoulder loops, aligned with their grade insignia.
