198th Armor Regiment Unit Crest (We Came to Fight)

Distinctive Unit Insignia, commonly referred to as Unit Crests, are unique to each U.S. Army unit and are derived from the authorized coat of arms. Worn by all personnel within the organization, excluding general officers and certain senior leaders, enlisted personnel affix them to the shoulder loops of the green service uniform, while officers center them on their shoulder loops. Not authorized for wear on the Class A uniform for enlisted personnel, officers align the crest equidistant from the inside edge of their grade insignia to the outside edge of the button, with the base toward the outside shoulder seam.
