All new items are refundable less a 10.5% re-stock fee (to cover our credit card processing fees in both directions and labor) + shipping and handling in both directions.
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received.
All new items are exchangeable if returned in the same condition they are received. The buyer will be responsible for the freight when sending back an item for an exchange unless we shipped you an incorrect item. This determination is at our discretion but keep in mind we value our customers and will always aim to give you the best service possible.
All US Issued military surplus and used items are non-refundable.
All close out and discounted items are non-refundable.
