31st Field Hospital Unit Crest (Service Compassion Skill)
Distinctive Unit Insignia, commonly known as "Unit Crests," are unique emblems specific to each U.S. Army unit. These insignias, derived from authorized coat of arms designs, are worn by all personnel in the organization except for general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman. Enlisted personnel display unit crests on the green service uniform coat, centered on the shoulder loops. Officers wear them similarly, centered on the shoulder loops, with distinct positioning relative to their grade insignia on the Class A uniform.
