How To Wear AGSU Dress Cap: 

Achieve the perfect fit for your cap by centering it approximately 1 inch above the eyebrows, equivalent to the width of the first two fingers. Ensure the top of the cap is opened to cover the crown of the head, leaving no hair visible on the forehead below the front bottom edge. Note:

All Soldiers may wear the service cap as an optional headgear with the AGSU. The service cap is worn straight on the head so that the braid hatband on the service cap creates a straight line around the head, parallel to the ground. Such positioning automatically positions the visor correctly so that it does not interfere with vision or ride up on the forehead.
