244th Aviation Regiment Unit Crest (Ready Response)

Unit Crests, known as Distinctive Unit Insignia, are distinct to each U.S. Army unit and are created from the unit's authorized coat of arms. All personnel, excluding general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman, wear them. Enlisted personnel center the unit crests on the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat, while officers do the same on their shoulder loops.
