Special Operations Command Europe Oval Patch

The Special Operations Command Europe background trimming features a blue oval-shaped embroidered element measuring 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) in height by 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in width. It is outlined with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) gray inner border and a 1/8 inch (.32cm) black outer border. Additionally, a 3/8 inch (.95cm) gray diagonal band runs from the upper left to the lower right.
