Philippine Presidential Unit Citation Ribbon

The Philippine Presidential Unit Citation is a recognition granted by the Republic of the Philippines to select units of the United States Armed Forces in acknowledgment of their contributions during and after World War II. Established in 1946, it was retrospectively conferred upon units that played a role in defending and liberating the Philippine Islands. Over time, the citation has also been presented to units engaged in humanitarian relief operations following natural disasters.
