Illinois NG Class A Full Color Patch

This is the Class A patch for the Illinois National Guard, exclusively worn by Illinois National Guard members. The design features a silhouetted profile of Abraham Lincoln, an enduring symbol of the state of Illinois. This particular design was initially adopted in 1949. Class A patches are intended for wear on the Army's Service Green uniform, with the patch measuring 3 1/2 inches in height and 2 1/2 inches in width.
