Miniature Medal: Army Outstanding Civilian Service

The Army Outstanding Civilian Service Award Medal (OCSM) is granted to civilians, including those not employed by the Army or its contractors. It holds the distinction of being the third-highest award bestowed by the Department of the Army upon civilians.
