Army Reserve Components Achievement Mini Medal
The Army National Guard Components Achievement Medal is awarded for meritorious service in the Army National Guard. Recognitions, marked by oak leaf clusters, can be received after three years of service as of March 28, 1995. It is also open to officers up to the rank of Colonel. Established in 1972, the Reserve Good Conduct Medal is mainly for enlisted members, while the regular Good Conduct Medal is for active duty, and the reserve version is for reserve duties. The Armed Forces Reserve Medal is similar, granted for 10 years of honorable reserve service to both enlisted personnel and officers.
