Air Force Recruiter Ribbon

The Air Force Recruiter Ribbon is authorized for individuals who graduate from the Air Force Recruiting School. Upon completing 36 months of recruiting duty, the ribbon transitions into a personal decoration and can still be worn on the individual's awards rack, even if they leave the recruiting service. Established in June 2000, the award is retroactive to any Air Force member who served a minimum of 36 months as an Air Force recruiter, as long as the service member was still on active duty.
