Air Force Air and Space Campaign Mini Medal

The U.S. Air Force grants the Air and Space Campaign Medal (ASCM) to individuals engaged (after March 24th, 1999) in a designated U.S. military operation specified by the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. Air Force personnel are eligible for the ASCM when providing direct support to a military operation for either 30 consecutive days or 60 non-consecutive days. This award is exclusive to Air Force personnel and is not authorized if another service or campaign medal has already been awarded for the specific operation.
