96th Sustainment Brigade Unit Crest (To Serve and Excel)
This emblem represents the unit crest of the 96th Sustainment Brigade. Its motto, "To Serve And Excel," is inscribed along the top and bottom edges. The two overlapping squares are derived from the unit's shoulder sleeve insignia, representing the states of Washington and Oregon, from which the unit's personnel were originally drawn. The upturned arrow symbolizes readiness, while the demi sun honors the unit's World War II service in the Philippines. This item is worn on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
