44th Engineer Group Unit Crest (Semper Laboramus)

Distinctive Unit Insignia, often referred to as Unit Crests, are individualized for each U.S. Army unit and derived from the approved coat of arms. These insignias are worn by all assigned personnel, with the exception of general officers, the Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman. Enlisted members showcase unit crests on the green service uniform coat, positioning them at the center of the shoulder loops. Officers place the unit crest on the shoulder loops, aligned with the inside edge of their grade insignia.
