334th Regiment Advanced Individual Training USAR Unit Crest (Fortes Fortuna Juvat)

The distinctive unit insignia (DUI) worn by the 334th Regiment Advanced Individual Training USAR features their motto, "Fortes Fortuna Juvat," translating to "Fortune Favors The Brave." The DUI, originally approved for the 334th Infantry Regiment in 1928, bears blue and white coloring. It was redesignated for the 334th Regiment, Army Reserve in 1960. Every member of the unit proudly wears these insignias, with the exception of designated high-ranking officials. Such unit crests are worn on both the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) and Army Service Uniform (ASU).
