22nd Field Artillery Regiment Unit Crest (Labore Et Honore)

Distinctive Unit Insignia, also known as Unit Crests, are distinct emblems for individual U.S. Army units. Based on the authorized coat of arms, all unit members, excluding high-ranking officers, wear these insignias. Enlisted personnel attach unit crests to the shoulder loops of the green service uniform coat, while officers center them on the loops, in alignment with their grade insignia. Enlisted personnel are restricted from wearing Unit Crests on the Class A uniform.
