163rd Support Battalion Unit Crest (We Support the Load) 

Unit Crests, officially known as Distinctive Unit Insignia, are exclusive to each U.S. Army unit. Worn by all personnel within the organization, excluding general officers and certain senior leaders, enlisted personnel attach them to the green service uniform's shoulder loops. Officers center the crests on their shoulder loops, with specific regulations for alignment. The Class A uniform is not authorized for enlisted personnel to wear the unit crest.
