12th Signal Group Unit Crest (Loud and Clear)

These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 12th Signal Group. Their motto, Loud and Clear, is reflected in the orange and white colors representing the Signal Corps. The red symbolizes the Meritorious Unit Commendation received for two campaigns, depicted by the two stars, during WWII. The three red cables on the yellow (gold) background represent the group's service in Vietnam. Unit crests are worn on the Army Class A Service Green and Army Service Uniform (ASU).
