11th Signal Brigade Subdued Patch
Shoulder sleeve insignia are typically positioned on the upper left shoulders of all U.S. Army uniforms, but they can also be affixed to other items like combat helmets. When worn on the upper right shoulders of Army uniforms, they signify past wartime service, often referred to as "combat patches." However, these patches will not be part of the new Army service uniform. Instead, a 2-inch metal replica, officially known as the Combat Service Identification Badge, will be worn on the right breast pocket.
