Good Conduct Four Knot Device
Good Conduct Knots, commonly referred to as Loops, are esteemed attachments awarded by the U.S. Army to signify multiple decorations of the Army Good Conduct Medal. These knots come in bronze, silver, and gold, featuring unique emblems that represent the total number of awards earned. A bronze clasp with two knots is presented upon the recipient's second award, with an additional knot added for each subsequent honor. After achieving six awards, the bronze clasp is replaced with a silver clasp displaying one knot. At eleven awards, the silver clasp is replaced by a gold clasp with one knot. This system showcases a soldier's ongoing commitment to exemplary conduct and service.
