38th Infantry Division Class A Full Color Patch

The shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) worn by the 38th Infantry Division features the motto "Cyclone." This division is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, and encompasses Army National Guard units from Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Delaware, Michigan, and Tennessee.
