The ribbon for the UN Mission for the Referendum In Western Sahara is officially recognized by the U.S. Institute of Heraldry. It is awarded for service in support of the people of Western Sahara seeking independence or integration with Morocco during that period. The ribbon features light blue ends on the left and right sides with a gold middle.
