United Nations Iraq - Kuwait Observer Mission Ribbon
The United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission (UNIKOM) ribbon is a global award bestowed by the United Nations upon personnel who served for a minimum of 90 days in the mission to oversee and safeguard the demilitarized zone along the Iraq-Kuwait border and the Khawr 'Abd Allah waterway. Established on April 9, 1991, UNIKOM concluded its mission on October 6, 2003.
