Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Mini Anodized Medal

The Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal (NAM) is awarded by the United States Department of the Navy to recognize commendable performance in routine duties or exceptional achievements not acknowledged by a higher award. Originally designed for junior members ineligible for the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal or the Meritorious Service Medal, subsequent recognitions are indicated by silver and gold stars on the ribbon.
