The Air Force Master Weather Operations Badge is awarded to airmen who demonstrate exceptional skill and leadership in weather operations. This badge represents the highest level of achievement in the field of meteorology within the Air Force.

Criteria:

• Officers must hold a staff-level position and have at least 12 years of experience in the field.
• Enlisted personnel must hold a 9-level AFSC (Air Force Specialty Code).
• The badge signifies expertise in weather operations, including advanced forecasting, analysis, and leadership in weather-related missions and tasks.
