The European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal (EAMECM) is a military distinction that acknowledges the service of U.S. Armed Forces personnel who carried out military duties in the European Theater during World War II. Established on November 6th, 1942, through President Franklin D. Roosevelt's Executive Order 9265, it initially existed solely as a ribbon, with a full-sized medal introduced in 1947. General of the Army Dwight Eisenhower was the inaugural recipient.

The award encompasses 19 sanctioned campaigns, and multiple campaign recognitions are indicated by a bronze star device. Additional approved devices include the Arrowhead Device, granted for airborne or amphibious operations, and the Fleet Marine Force device, applicable to specific sailors.
