Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal Ribbon

The Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal (CGGCM) is awarded to enlisted Coast Guardsmen demonstrating three consecutive years of honorable service. This period must remain free of disciplinary actions, including non-judicial punishments or courts-martial offenses. In the event of an offense, the three-year period restarts from the date of the incident.
