Basic Training Honor Graduate Ribbon - Coast Guard

The Coast Guard Basic Training Honor Graduate Ribbon is bestowed upon a service member who graduates as the top performer in their class. This award, initiated in March 1984, can be retroactively granted if the guardsman provides the necessary documentation and submits a written request.
