Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon

The Army Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon (ARCOTR) serves as the Army Reserve counterpart to the Army Overseas Service Ribbon. This distinction is conferred upon active drilling members of the Army Reserve and the Army National Guard who fulfill ten or more consecutive days of active duty training beyond the contiguous United States.
