Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal Ribbon
The Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (ARCAM) serves as a Good Conduct Medal for members of the United States Army Reserve. Initially, the ARCAM necessitated four years of honorable service within a reserve unit. However, in 1995, the requirement was revised to three years of qualified service, although this change does not apply retroactively. Further recognitions of this medal are indicated by the presence of a bronze oak leaf cluster.
