Army Good Conduct Medal Ribbon

The Army Good Conduct Medal (AGCM) is given to enlisted U.S. Army personnel for three consecutive years of "honorable and faithful service," signifying a standard enlistment without disciplinary issues. If an offense occurs, the three-year requirement resets, necessitating an additional three years of discipline-free service for eligibility. During wartime, the AGCM can be awarded for one year of faithful service, and it can also be granted posthumously to soldiers killed in the line of duty.
