Army Commander's Award For Civilian Service Ribbon

The Army Commanders Award for Civilian Service Medal is conferred upon U.S. Army employees who have demonstrated a consistent pattern of excellence, often acknowledged through prior receipt of honorary or monetary performance awards. Approval for this award can be granted by any commander (Colonel and above) or civilian equivalent. Nominations highlight service or achievement of a level lower than that recognized by the Superior Civilian Service Award.
