Air Force Longevity Service Award
Eligibility Guidelines:
The Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon (AFLSR) was established in 1957 by General Thomas D. White as an Air Force counterpart to service stripes worn by other branches on their uniform sleeves. This distinction is conferred upon Air Force personnel upon completing four years of service. Eligibility also extends to Air Reserve and Air National Guard service, provided it is performed in a drilling status with consistent attendance at weekend drills and annual training.
