Air Force Combat Readiness Anodized Mini Medal

The Air Force Combat Readiness Medal (AFCRM) is granted to a member of the United States Air Force, Air Force Reserve, or Air National Guard who has demonstrated sustained individual combat mission readiness or engaged in preparedness for direct weapon-system employment. Established in 1964, this service award is conferred by an Air Force Major Headquarters. It is not unusual for individuals eligible for this medal to also qualify for the Air Medal or Aerial Achievement Medal, often resulting in the simultaneous presentation of all three awards.
