91st Training Division Unit Crest (Powder River)

Unit Crests, also called Distinctive Unit Insignia, are unique emblems for each U.S. Army unit, derived from authorized coat of arms. Worn by all personnel except high-ranking officers, enlisted personnel position them on the green service uniform coat's shoulder loops, while officers do the same, but not on the Class A uniform.
