This oval Airborne background trimming is worn beneath the Parachutist badge by members of the Headquarters, 82nd Airborne Division. Approved for wear in 1992 and stationed at Ft. Bragg, N.C., it is proudly worn by soldiers assigned to Army units on airborne status, commonly referred to as "Paratroopers." Available for individual purchase.
