The 807th Medical Brigade proudly displays this shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI), with the motto "Dedicated to Health." The star symbolizes Texas, the state where the Brigade underwent reorganization. The DUI was redesignated for the 807th Medical Brigade in 2002. Measuring 3" by 2" and equipped with hook and loop fasteners, this patch is designed for wearing on the Scorpion (OCP) and/or Multicam (OEF-CP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU).
