An oval-shaped embroidered flash for the 4th Psychological Operations Aviation Group, framed with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) yellow border. Its overall dimensions measure 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) in height and 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in width. Divided into three equal stripes of gray, white, and black, the flash features three yellow lightning flashes from the upper left to the lower right. This background trimming received approval on December 8, 1986, and is available for individual purchase.
