4th Evacuation Hospital Unit Crest (Beyond the Ordinary)

Distinctive Unit Insignia (DUI), or "Unit Crests," uniquely represent each U.S. Army unit, originating from their authorized coat of arms. Worn by all unit members, excluding certain high-ranking officials, enlisted personnel affix the crests on the green service uniform coat's shoulder loops. Officers place them equidistant from their grade insignia on the same uniform. Not permitted on the Class A uniform for enlisted personnel. Available for individual purchase.
