49th Transportation Battalion Unit Crest (We Never Stop)

The distinctive unit insignias (DUI) are proudly worn by the 49th Transportation Battalion, with the motto "We Never Stop." Initially approved in 1943 for the 49th Quartermaster Truck Regiment, this DUI underwent redesignation in subsequent years, becoming the 49th Quartermaster Bn in 1944, the 49th Transportation Center in 1968, and finally the 49th Transportation Bn in 1999. Unit crests, including these DUIs, are worn on both the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and the Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
