This oval patch represents the 44th Medical Brigade, headquartered at Fort Bragg, NC, and fondly known as the "Dragon Medics." Worn by Airborne or Air Assault organizations, this oval patch is placed behind the Parachutist or Air Assault badge on both the Army's Service Green and Dress Blue (ASU) uniforms.
