40th Cavalry Regiment Unit Crest (By Force and Valor)

This emblem represents the unit crest or distinctive unit insignia for the 40th Cavalry Regiment. Formerly known as the 40th Armored, it was deactivated in 1997 and subsequently redesigned and reactivated in 2005. The regiment is stationed at Fort Richardson, AK. Unit crests are part of the attire for the Army's Dress Blue (ASU) uniform.
