401st Support Brigade Unit Crest (First to Make a Difference)

Unit Crests, formally termed Distinctive Unit Insignia in the U.S. Army, are unique to each unit and originate from their authorized coat of arms. Commonly called "Unit Crests," they are worn by all personnel within the organization, excluding certain high-ranking officials. For instance, the 401st Support Brigade showcases its unit crest, bearing the motto "First to Make a Difference." Enlisted personnel proudly wear them on both the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) and the Army Service Uniform (ASU).
