401st Civil Affairs Battalion Unit Crest (Civil Military Cooperation)

Unit Crests, officially referred to as Distinctive Unit Insignia in the U.S. Army, are distinct to each unit and stem from their authorized coat of arms. Often known as "Unit Crests," they are worn by all personnel within the organization, with the exception of specific high-ranking officials. For example, the 401st Civil Affairs Battalion's unit crest features the motto "Civil Military Cooperation." Enlisted personnel proudly display them on both the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) and the Army Service Uniform (ASU).
