36th Engineer Battalion Unit Crest (No Motto)

These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 36th Engineer Battalion. Initially approved for the 36th Combat Engineer Regiment in 1942 and redesignated in 1953. Their motto is "Rugged." Unit crests are worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
